Chartered Building Surveyor
London
My client, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of projects for their diverse client base spanning both the private and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed building surveys and condition assessments
- Providing expert advice on building defects, maintenance, and refurbishment requirements
- Preparing detailed specifications and costings for repair and improvement works
- Project managing construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Liaising closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Supporting the preparation of planning applications and building control submissions
- Delivering compelling reports and presentations to clients
