M&S - Customer Service Assistant - M&S
Retail Assistant
We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). You'll join a team that takes a real pride in what they do, their food, and most importantly, they take pride in its people.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers to ensure they receive an easy and seamless, personalised experience
- Demonstrating knowledge of our services and providing natural, engaging assistance
- Representing Marks & Spencer (M&S) and maintaining a positive brand image
- Handling cash and operating the cash register
- Compliance with Health and Safety regulations
