We are seeking Dynamics 365 Senior Developers/Technical Lead / Architects at London, UK
Location: London / Leeds, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: Contract / Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals to join our growing Microsoft Practice. You will lead the technical design, architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions for large UK clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Define technical architecture, development standards and best practices.
- Design scalable integrations with enterprise applications and Azure services.
- Lead development activities across Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Mentor developers and conduct design and code reviews.
- Drive solution quality, performance, security and maintainability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning and technical estimations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service and/or Field Service)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Dataverse
- C#
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities and PCF Controls
- Experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus and API Management.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations and enterprise solution architecture.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of security, performance optimisation and solution lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience working within Financial Services, Insurance, Retail or Public Sector environments.
- Experience leading distributed Agile delivery teams.
