We are supporting a prestigious UK financial services organisation in the appointment of a Microsoft Viva Glint Consultant to lead the technical delivery and optimisation of its employee listening platform.
This role requires a genuine Microsoft Viva Glint Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience designing, configuring and administering enterprise-scale employee engagement and pulse survey programmes. Working closely with HR, IT and senior business stakeholders, you will play a key role in enhancing employee experience through data-driven insights and best-in-class Microsoft Viva capabilities.
Experience working within regulated environments such as financial services is highly desirable, alongside an understanding of HR processes and employee engagement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, administration and optimisation of Microsoft Viva Glint
- Design, build and manage enterprise employee engagement, lifecycle and pulse surveys
- Configure survey programmes, question libraries, reporting structures and user permissions
- Develop employee listening strategies aligned to business and HR objectives
- Produce meaningful dashboards, analytics and reporting for HR and executive stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise across Microsoft Viva Glint and the wider Microsoft Viva suite, including Viva Insights
- Collaborate with HR, IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Advise stakeholders on employee listening best practices, engagement measurement and organisational health
- Support platform governance, security, compliance and integration with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer and adoption activities to maximise business value
- Act as the technical authority for all Viva Glint-related activities throughout the engagement

- Extensive hands-on experience implementing and administering Microsoft Viva Glint
- Strong experience designing and delivering employee engagement and pulse survey programmes
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Viva Glint configuration, administration and reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Viva Insights and the wider Microsoft Viva ecosystem
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Microsoft Entra ID
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Viva Glint solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience delivering enterprise HR technology implementations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret employee engagement data and provide actionable recommendations
This is a fully remote inside IR35 role working via umbrella company so you must be resident in the UK to be considered for this.
