About the Role
We are expanding our musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy service at Bupa Health Clinics due to rising demand. Looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in our new Brighton clinic.
As this role is based in Bupa’s expanding clinic service, exceptional candidates will:
- Provide high-quality MSK therapy assessments and treatments to both insured (covering all major insurance providers) and self-pay patients
- Actively engage with the local community, including corporate and healthcare sectors
- Collaborate with centre managers, MSK therapy leads, physicians, APPs (Advanced Clinical Practitioners), physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists, GPs, health advisers, and mental health practitioners

- Deliver expert, progressive, and accountable skill-based assessment and musculoskeletal treatment strategies
- Work within a collaborative team environment to assist the entire musculoskeletal pathway underpinned by evidence-based care standards
- Reflect professional standards while upholding Bupa’s commitment to data protection and quality assurance
- Ensure ** compulsive administrative standards** are met by integrating clinical admin time into your schedule

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications

Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years UK-based experience post qualification in a relevant musculoskeletal area
- Must be on the HCPC register or hold equivalent professionals’ regulatory membership
- Extensive real-world experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions at a post-qualification level
- Broad understanding of workplace ergonomics, sports pathologies, trauma care, and soft tissue management

Preferred:
- Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MSc in related discipline, a post-qualifying MSK credential such as MACP)
- Experience in private patient management, particularly those specialising in sports injury treatment
Skills & Abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skill set
- Ability to educate clients and teams regarding musculoskeletal management techniques
- Skillful time, workload, and priority management (critical for combining clinical sessions and admin responsibilities)
- Able to controllers on the ground, adapting treatments to individual patient journeys. Providing inclusive care regardless of community gaps
