MSP Product Owner - York (Hybrid / remote)
#TeamCadour are partnering with a growing IT solutions and managed services provider to find a Product Owner to join their Managed Services department, ensuring their service offering is clearly defined, consistently governed, and managed as a formal product portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring managed services are accurately described, version-controlled and consistently represented across internal and customer-facing materials
- Acting as subject matter expert for the Managed Service portfolio, working closely with Managed Services, Service Delivery, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing
- Supporting the full service lifecycle — development, enhancement, onboarding and retirement
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement based on customer needs and market insight
- Supporting Sales and Managed Service Specialists on requirements, service fit, proposals and tenders
- Contributing to marketing and sales enablement to ensure services are well positioned and understood

What we're looking for:
- Experience within an MSP or multi-client IT services environment
- Experience maintaining service catalogues, service descriptions and documentation
- Good understanding of ITSM principles (e.g. ITIL) and MSP operating models
- Commercial awareness of how managed services deliver customer value
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a structured, detail-driven approach
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
