MSP Product Owner - York (Hybrid / remote)

#TeamCadour are partnering with a growing IT solutions and managed services provider to find a Product Owner to join their Managed Services department, ensuring their service offering is clearly defined, consistently governed, and managed as a formal product portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring managed services are accurately described, version-controlled and consistently represented across internal and customer-facing materials
  • Acting as subject matter expert for the Managed Service portfolio, working closely with Managed Services, Service Delivery, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing
  • Supporting the full service lifecycle — development, enhancement, onboarding and retirement
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement based on customer needs and market insight
  • Supporting Sales and Managed Service Specialists on requirements, service fit, proposals and tenders
  • Contributing to marketing and sales enablement to ensure services are well positioned and understood

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within an MSP or multi-client IT services environment
  • Experience maintaining service catalogues, service descriptions and documentation
  • Good understanding of ITSM principles (e.g. ITIL) and MSP operating models
  • Commercial awareness of how managed services deliver customer value
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with a structured, detail-driven approach
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
