Are you passionate about cybersecurity and project management? Want to work with a global team and make a real difference? We’re looking for a dedicated MSS Coordinator to help us deliver seamless onboarding and transformation for our clients.

About the Role:

As an MSS Coordinator, you’ll be the key person ensuring our clients transition smoothly into Managed Security Services. You’ll work closely with sales, technical teams, legal, and delivery to coordinate onboarding projects, making sure everything is on track, meets standards, and exceeds client expectations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with sales, technical architects, legal, and delivery teams to prepare solutions and review documentation
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation
  • Communicate clearly to internal teams about progress, timelines, and expectations
  • Review security requirements, contracts, and technical specs to ensure accuracy
  • Provide ongoing support after onboarding to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve processes, workflows, and project delivery

Who You Are:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in managed security services or cybersecurity
  • You understand security technologies like firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems
  • You’re skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
  • You have excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly and build strong relationships
  • You’re familiar with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
  • Certifications such as Prince II, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
  • You’re a problem solver, adaptable, and a team player
