Multi-Brand Specialist | London
The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Multi-Brand Specialist to join our dynamic field sales team.
Representing our portfolio of premium beauty brands, you'll be responsible for overseeing our London HUB, working across multiple retail partners to deliver exceptional brand experiences, drive sales performance, and champion our brands with both customers and retail teams.
This role is based in London and involves working across multiple retailers within your territory.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and expert product recommendations across our portfolio of brands.
- Achieve sales targets and KPI objectives across your territory.
- Act as the key ambassador for our HUB brands within your London locations, ensuring consistent excellence in execution.
- Build trusted relationships with retail teams, store managers, and key stakeholders.
- Educate, coach, and inspire retail teams, building their confidence and knowledge across our brand portfolio.
- Support product launches, in-store events, animations, and brand activations.
- Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and execution across all locations.
- Monitor performance across your stores, identifying opportunities to grow sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity to help drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Who You Are
- Passionate about beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A confident relationship builder who thrives working across multiple brands and retail environments.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively across a varied territory.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to support wherever the business needs you most.
- Flexible and willing to travel across your territory and work weekends, including three Saturdays per month.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within the beauty industry and a retail environment.
- Experience working across multiple beauty brands or with premium skincare, makeup, or fragrance brands is advantageous.
- Experience working with Sephora or within a department store environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
