Location: Manchester - Multiple Retailers across Trafford & Central Manchester

Within the UK we operate a Prestige Hub, which functions as the Group Headquarters based in Southwark, London. We are: Murad, Paula's Choice, Living Proof & K18
Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Multi Brand Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales for Unilever Prestige UK Hub. Travel required to the key brand retailers including Space NK, Sephora, Boots, Selridges, etc. which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

Each Day At Unilever Prestige Is Different, With New Problems To Solve And Tasks To Tackle, But Here Is An Idea Of Some Of The Things You Will Work On
Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives Generating sell-through via selling and training Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events Conducting training for all stores in the region Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary
Who You Are
You are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving. To succeed in this position, the following qualities are paramount:
Strong salesperson with high EQ and an enthusiasm for building relationships Skilled communicator who can tailor messaging to audience Hands-on approach to your work Brings a sense of professionalism and joy to all interactions Strong organizational and time-management skills Self-motivated and takes initiative Positive and upbeat demeanor Able to work 3 Saturdays a month. Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and on weekends, evenings, and during promotional events.

Qualifications
5+ years in cosmetics and beauty Training and education experience in the beauty industry Retail store experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with Sephora Training and education experience in skincare
