We're looking for motivated, creative individuals who want to start a career in marketing - and we'll do the hard work of finding you the right employer.

Here's how it works:

  • You apply.
  • We interview you.
  • If you're the right fit, we add you to our talent pool of pre-vetted marketing apprentice candidates.
  • When one of our employer partners is ready to hire - we match you with them directly.

What is a Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship?

It's a 18 month government-funded programme where you work for an employer in a real marketing role while studying for a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. You earn while you learn - no student debt, no unpaid internships, no guesswork.

Over 18 months you'll build skills in:

  • Content creation - video, images, copywriting
  • Social media, email marketing and paid advertising
  • Brand identity and tone of voice
  • Marketing campaigns and campaign management
  • Customer segmentation and audience insight
  • Analytics and performance tracking
  • AI and emerging marketing technologies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
