Be the Voice of Our Brand
Be the voice of our brand, creating everything that we put into the world, from social posts and PR pitches to partnership emails, whilst managing member welcomes and community DMs. You'll attract people through marketing and partnerships, then engage them in the founder's voice across every touchpoint.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What You'll Do at Work
You will be responsible for the community, marketing & partnership aspects of Spicy Brain Energy Ltd.
Community Care
- Welcome and onboard new members, and be the friendly first reply in their DMs
- Reply to member DMs and queries promptly and warmly
- Schedule and publish community posts in the founder's voice
- Arrange and coordinate community collaboration sessions
- Attend online sessions, take clear notes and upload them to the correct threads
- Add sessions to the courses area and keep it organised
- Set up community events end to end
Marketing & Content
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn across both the brand and the founder's personal accounts
- Crosspost and adapt content into the community so members never miss what we are saying publicly
- Keep a consistent content calendar running across all channels
- Spot what is landing and do more of it
PR and Founder Visibility
- Pitch the founder for podcast appearances using our existing pitch materials, and track and follow up on every approach
- Identify and pursue PR opportunities, and write the supporting copy
External Partnerships
- Send headshots, bios and brand materials to external partners
- Follow up with partners on training partnerships and collaborations
- Keep partnership conversations warm and moving

What You'll Learn
Course Contents
- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
- Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.

Multi Channel Marketer Level 3.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE in:
- English (grade 4-9)
- Maths (grade 4-9)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other Requirements
- The role may involve occasional travel to events & conferences with the Executive Director.
- The role will involve long durations of screen time, however they will be supported to take screen breaks at their own discretion.
