Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship - Harvey Norman Trading UK Ltd
Harvey Norman Trading UK Ltd is a leading international retailer specialising in Home Appliances, Technology, Furniture, and Beds. With over 300 stores worldwide, Harvey Norman is recognised for delivering excellent value, quality products, and outstanding customer service. Based at their Sutton Coldfield store and head office, this apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to begin a career in marketing within a dynamic retail environment.
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join us as a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, supporting the Marketing Coordinator across a variety of marketing and administrative activities.
Apprenticeship Summary:
- Salary: £15,600 a year (based on £8.00 per hour)
- Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Training: Online apprenticeship training supported by skilled tutors
- Level: Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
- Location: Harvey Norman Head Office/Store, Unit 14-20, The Parade, Gracechurch Shopping Centre, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1PD
The Role:
This role supports the Marketing Coordinator and wider marketing team across a broad range of day-to-day marketing activities. The position has a strong administrative focus while also providing exposure to creative marketing projects, advertising campaigns, and content creation.

You will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment while developing key marketing and business administration skills.
Main Duties:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team.
- Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns.
- Support content creation, including script writing for TV and radio advertising.
- Brief graphic designers on print and digital advertising requirements.
- Maintain marketing spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting documents.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, briefing notes, and team communications.
- Support product launches and brand awareness campaigns alongside global brand partners.
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of marketing materials and assets.
- Use Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internal advertising systems to support marketing activities.
- Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc administrative and marketing duties as required.
The Candidate:
Qualifications, Qualities & Experience
- Strong PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and advertising.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.

Training and Development:
As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include:
- Study towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification
- On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced marketing professionals
- Exposure to advertising campaigns, content creation, and brand marketing activities
- Regular progress reviews and development support
