Job Summary
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Courier to join our team in Goole. As a Courier, you’ll represent FedEx’s gold standard for service, picking up and delivering packages while ensuring safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.

- Represent FedEx professionally to customers, handling package pickups and deliveries with courtesy
- Drive assigned FleXTracking® vehicles across defined routes, ensuring parcels reach the correct destinations on time
- Operate vehicles safely, legally, and efficiently in compliance with FedEx policies
- Maintain accurate health and safety, operational, and administrative records
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you must:
- Be a reliable team player, embodying energy, enthusiasm, and a strong customer focus
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have an attention to detail to ensure error-free paperwork and customer data
- Hold a valid driving licence for the assigned vehicle type (minimum 2 years of experience is advantageous)
- Demonstrate adaptability to varying driving conditions and external circumstances
- Commercial driving experience (a plus)
Geographical awareness and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.
