Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Driver – DHL Delivery Team
Location: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle, Teesside & Livingston
ATA North is recruiting reliable Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to bolster our growing DHL operations. Perfect for experienced drivers or those exploring a career in logistics—we provide competitive pay, operational support, and full vehicle access.
Pay & Benefits
- Flat daily rate: £180.00
- Payment schedule: Weekly (paid two weeks in arrears)
- Van options:
- Long Wheelbase (LWB) van: £38.60 per day
- Extra Long Wheelbase (XLWB) van: £38.60 per day
- Insurance: Delivery driver coverage included
- Vehicle use: 24/7 access for both professional and personal/commercial use
- Upfront costs: £500 refundable deposit (payable upfront or split over 5 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-drop parcel deliveries using a handheld DHL device
- Average 60–80 stops/day (Newcastle routes: 70–90 stops)
- Reduced onboarding workloads to ease transition
- Drive within 07:00–09:00 start slots
- Operate LWB or XLWB delivery vehicles
- Receive full support from our local operations team
Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Hold a full UK Manual Car Licence
- Have ≤6 penalty points on your licenc
- Demonstrate confidence driving LWB/XLWB vehicles
- Be physically fit (heavy lifting required)
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Pass a background check
