Multi Services Assistant

Front Of House / Administrator – Relief Team Worker

Position: Front Of House / Administrator (Zero Hours Contract) Pay: £15 - £18 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience) Location: London

Contract Type: A zero hours contract, requiring flexibility for ad-hoc work shifts with short notice.

Shift Details:

  • Days (onsite): Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM / 6 PM (exact hours to be confirmed)
  • Ad-hoc availability and immediate notice for assignments

Your duties will evolve based on client requirements, but core responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities

Front Of House / Reception & Hospitality

  • Uphold exceptional customer service with clients and visitors.
  • Efficiently resolve queries while adhering to all Williams Lea policies.
  • Maintain a professional front desk welcoming ethos.
  • Manage all aspects of hospitable services, including refreshments, guest reception, and positive interactions.
  • Follow company protocols for all interactions.

Document Management & Reprographics

  • Organise/maintain physical and digital files and documents.
  • Retrieve, archive, and manage all document workflows.
  • Provide printer, copying and mail services while ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail efficiently, adhering to company guidelines.

General Administrative Support & Client Relationships

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist in meeting service level agreements with colleagues.
  • Quickly adapt to client needs and provisions, maintaining strong relationships. -Champion exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction across all interactions.

Person Specification

Essential Requirements: ✔ Demonstrable customer service skills, confident across diverse audiences. ✔ Well-presented, with strong professional conduct. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related applications. ✔ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). ✔ Adaptable and a quick learner, capable of multitasking under urgency.
