Multi-Site Dental Practice Manager
Location: Across our 4 practices (travel required) Based in: Sunningdale, Ascot, Reading, Notting Hill
Salary: From £20.00 per hour/£42,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time | 42 hours per week

You'll work directly with our Directors and leadership team across multiple modern private and mixed dental practices, playing a key role in shaping the future of our business. No two days are ever the same—and that's exactly how we like it!
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our practices by:
- Working closely with our amazing management team
- Leading, motivating and developing our fantastic Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams.
- Keeping our practices running efficiently, profitably and consistently.
- Championing exceptional patient experiences and first-class customer service.
- Driving performance, improving systems and spotting opportunities to make us even better.
- Supporting recruitment, training and developing future leaders.
- Managing complaints professionally and turning feedback into improvement.
- Overseeing compliance and ensuring every practice is always inspection-ready.
- Supporting marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.

We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Brings management experience in dental or healthcare (minimum of 3 years)
- Is a natural leader who inspires, motivates and gets the very best from people.
- Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Loves improving systems and driving results.
- Communicates confidently with both patients and teams.
- Is flexible, positive and happy travelling between practices.
- Has a full UK driving licence.
Bonus points if you have: multi-site management experience, CQC knowledge, HR or recruitment experience, marketing skills, SOE or Dentally experience, or a dental nursing qualification.
