In this role you will champion the growth of our people, drive operational and commercial success, and help create exceptional experiences for pets, people and the planet.
You'll lead with our purpose front of mind—delivering more expertise, more service, more value, and more care for pets, people and the planet.
How You Will Lead Success Across Your Region…
- Lead, coach and mentor Store Managers and retail teams across your portfolio.
- Build a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive succession planning and career development opportunities.
- Drive sales growth, profitability and achievement of key business KPIs.
- Analyse store performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Manage expenses, gross profit performance and wage budgets.
- Champion loyalty program participation and private label sales growth.
- Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through proactive coaching and action planning.
- Support teams to identify customer needs and provide expert advice.
- Ensure stores execute promotions, marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain strong stock management processes and minimise inventory loss.
- Drive compliance with operational, audit and task management requirements.

- Demonstrated success leading and developing diverse retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales and profitability.
- Proven ability to deliver operational excellence and compliance standards.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Multi-site retail leadership experience.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and conflict resolution skills.
