Store Cluster Manager – Leading Coffee Brand

An exciting opportunity to join a leading coffee brand during a period of continued growth. This role is ideal for an experienced Store Manager ready to take the next step into multi-site management, or an established Cluster Manager looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced, customer-focused business.

The Role

As Store Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of a portfolio of stores, leading and developing high-performing teams while driving commercial results, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and their teams to achieve business objectives and consistently high operational standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talented colleagues through effective coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and productivity by effectively managing labour, stock, waste, and operating costs.
  • Analyse business performance and implement action plans to deliver KPIs and financial targets.
  • Ensure every store delivers an outstanding customer experience through strong leadership and effective operational planning.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, hygiene, and legal compliance across all sites.
  • Oversee stock control, inventory management, and margin performance to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews, providing hands-on support where needed.
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture by leading from the front.
  • Ensure mandatory training is completed and compliance standards are achieved across all locations.

Technical SkillsGood IT proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Operational KnowledgeSolid understanding of stock management, cost control, and compliance.
