Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Trades Groundsworker/ Builder to help maintain and improve our customers' homes across Lincoln and Newark.
As part of our talented team, you'll use your skills to lay slabbing and brickwork, as well as install and repair fencing. Experience in roofing would be an added advantage, so we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and committed to delivering a great customer experience. You'll take pride in your work, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently using your own initiative.

We Want Somebody Who Has
- Experience in Social Housing maintenance
- Understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs
- Multi Trades skills
- Maintenance refurbishment experience
- Good all-round external wet trades/ groundswork and building skills experience
- Team skills but can work independently at times
- A full UK driving licence
As you will be working in customer's homes you will need a Basic DBS check.
This role is for a team that covers Lincoln and Newark so you will need to live in this area.
