Multi Skill Trades Plumber – Market Harborough
About Platform Property Care & the Role
Platform Property Care is looking for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Plumber based in Market Harborough to join their Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Team. This is a varied, customer-facing role within a Voids or Responsive Repairs environment, where your expertise in plumbing will be combined with multi-trade refurbishment skills.
The Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-trade refurbishments and maintenance work within customer homes.
- Ensure first-time fixes are delivered efficiently, with high standards expected daily.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting diverse customers across residential properties.
- Operate within a supportive team while adapting to changing priorities each day.

Who We’re Looking For
A hard-working, customer-focused Professional with:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)
- Trade experience: Proven time as a Plumber or Multi-Skill Trades Operative (ideally within the housing sector)
- Experience working for:
- Social landlords
- Housing associations
- Councils on multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- Additional trade skills (desirable):
- Carpentry
- Plaster patching
- Decorating
- Wall tiling
- Resourceful problem-solving and the ability to keep projects on schedule
- Excellent communication & customer service skills (critical for home visits)

Key Requirements
✔ Current, full, valid driving licence (essential for the mobile role) ✔ Commercial-grade IT skills (familiarity with PDAs, Outlook, and Microsoft software required) ✔ Prepared for a DBS check (due to home environments) ✔ Willingness to join an on-call roster for additional earnable opportunities
