Multi Skill Trades Plumber – Market Harborough Role
Are you a Multi Skill Trades Plumber based in Market Harborough?
Platform Property Care have an opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join our talented repairs and maintenance team and ensure our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to the highest standard.
About the Role
You will primarily focus on plumbing, but experience in other trades is an advantage.
This varied role ensures no two days are the same. You will engage with diverse customers while supported by a great team. Our expectations are high, but we provide strong backing.

Responsibilities
- Carry out all plumbing-related repairs and maintenance to ensure high-quality standards
- Provide on-site advice to clients and meet diverse customer needs
- Handle multi-trade work (including basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall tiling where applicable)
- Ensure timely and efficient task completion, working to deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and keep jobs on track
- Work as part of a collaborative, ethical team

Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Proven experience as a Plumber or Multi-Skill Trades Plumber within the building trade
- Experience working with a social landlord, housing association, or council
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- A DBS check (required due to customer home visits)
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in multi-trade work environments
- Associated trade skills (basic carpentry, plaster patching, wall tiling)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver work quickly and efficiently
