Are you a Multi-Skilled Technician with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering?
We're hiring a Building/ Utilities Technician to support the reliable and compliant operation of essential estate-wide services at our client's state-of-the-art facility in Hertfordshire.
🔧 About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a large and diverse estate, ensuring minimal disruption to stakeholders. Working as part of a close-knit engineering team, you'll use your expertise to keep vital systems running efficiently and safely.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine PPM, corrective and emergency maintenance.
- Work with BMS to monitor alarms and support system diagnostics.
- Investigate and repair M&E faults to root cause level.
- Assist with small-scale project work and continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rota (1 in 6) including weekends and bank holidays.
- Support carbon reduction and energy efficiency initiatives.

🛠️ What You’ll Need:
- A qualification in either electrical (BS7671 & C&G 2391) or mechanical engineering (full-term apprenticeship).
- Multi-skilled experience with systems such as AHUs, FCUs, LTHW, and motor control logic.
- Electrically biased.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
- Proficiency with CAFM/BMS systems and MS Office applications.
