About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join their Voids team, focusing on refurbishment and repair works for social housing properties in preparation for new tenants. A permanent position is available, offering:

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Voids team, your primary responsibilities include:
- Refurbishing and repairing vacant social housing properties
- Ensuring properties meet high standards for new tenant handover
- Managing your workload via a handheld device
- Adhering to programme deadlines
Typical Duties
- Carpentry & joinery repairs
- Kitchen & bathroom refurbishments
- Door hanging & adjustments
- Replacement of internal & external doors
- UPVC door & window replacements
- Basic plumbing repairs & installations
- Painting & decorating
- Wall & floor tiling
- Patch plastering
- Flooring installation (including cap and cove)
- General multi-trade repairs & maintenance

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a Multi Skilled Operative or Multi Trade Operative
- Strong experience across trades, including:
- Carpenter
- Plumber
- Painter & decorator
- Flooring specialist
- Preference: Experience working on social housing void properties
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (relevant trade) (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
