Hours: Monday–Friday, 39 hours per week, plus 1 in 7 weeks on-call
Location: Covering Bristol, South Somerset, & Hampshire (rotational)

The Role
You’ll join a Voids team focused on refurbishing and repairing social housing properties ready for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out refurbishments and repairs across all property elements.

Duties typically include:
- Carpentery & joinery repairs
- Kitchen & bathroom refurbishments
- Door hanging & adjustments
- Replacement of internal & external doors
- UPVC door & window replacements
- Basic plumbing repairs & installations
- Painting & decorating
- Wall & floor tiling
- Patch plastering
- Flooring installation (including cap & cove flooring)
- General multi-trade repairs & maintenance

About You
- Experience required:
- Multi Skilled Operative / Multi Trade Operative
- NVQ Level 2+ (or equivalent) in a relevant trade (preferred)
- Trade expertise:
- Carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and flooring (cross-trade versatility)
- Desirable:
- Experience with social housing void properties
- Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Process:
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
