CBRE Global Workplace Solutions – Multi-Skilled Engineer (Leeds, Mobile Role)
About CBRE Global Workplace Solutions A leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Leeds (mobile role).
Role Summary
The successful candidate will deliver the following core responsibilities and tasks within strict SLAs:

Incident Response & Maintenance
- React promptly to breakdown maintenance requests to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct routine maintenance work to consistent, high standards.

Electrical & Technical Support
- Test, diagnose and resolve power quality issues.
- Perform periodic planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) (weekly/monthly based on requirements).

Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination
- Liaise with subcontractors for repairs, ensuring all works align with CBRE policies.

Environmental & Equipment Monitoring
- Regularly monitor and analyse environmental conditions for facilities.
- Review and assess load/working conditions of critical equipment for deterioration or safety risks.

Root Cause Analysis & Corrections
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to restore full functionality.
- Document findings to prevent recurrence of faults.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date site work logs and all related paperwork.

Miscellaneous Support
- Exercise flexibility for additional duties as and when required.
Hours & Availability
- Working Week: Monday–Friday.
- Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Flexibility Required:
- Overtime and weekend commitments as necessary.
- On-call availability part of the role.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven competence in:
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS)—specifically fault finding and operator-level use.
- Facilities Management (FM) experience is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of:
- Health & Safety policies and compliance frameworks.
