Job Description We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Greenwich Care Homes team based in London. Location: Mobile across Greenwich Care Homes (London) Hours: 40 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role Join Kier Places Workplace Solutions as a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer working across our Greenwich Care Homes portfolio. In this permanent position, you'll provide essential maintenance support across multiple care home locations, ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for residents and staff alike. What will you be responsible for? As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining operational excellence across our care home facilities. Your day to day will include: Performing planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks including Legionella testing Diagnosing and repairing faults across building systems including HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing Undertaking fabric maintenance including carpentry, painting, and general repairs Supporting small refurbishment projects and coordinating with sub-contractors Maintaining accurate documentation and records using our digital systems What are we looking for? This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is great for you if: You hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 in Electrical Installations, C&G 236, 2391-52, or 18th Edition) You have experience in multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical and fabric work You're comfortable using digital devices to update work records You enjoy collaborative problem-solving and working as part of a supportive team You're passionate about delivering exceptional service in sensitive care environments Rewards and benefits We're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
