Multi Skilled Engineer
About The Role:
What We’re Looking For
Multiskilled i.e. handyman a good general knowledge of how a building works as well as basic to intermediate problem solving skills required as a minimum with plumbing and or mechanical qualifications advantageous.
Working Pattern
- 07:00 - 16:30
- Monday to Friday
We’re after a multi-skilled technician or engineer who takes ownership of their work, brings energy to the day, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. Someone who’s confident working independently, stays curious, and is always looking to learn and improve. A motivated and practical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine willingness to get stuck in when challenges arise are key. It’s not about ticking every box it’s about the right attitude and a willingness to grow with the team.
Working alongside a team of engineers to deliver world class service with a customer centric approach across a number of properties with varying needs in the heart of the West End.
Roles & Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive)
- Fix and maintain plant and equipment on site in line with SFG20 recommendations with a first-time fix and right first-time approach
- Troubleshoot asset breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
- Undertake PPMs as issued from the CAFM system and ensure they are closed out within the prescribed timescale.
- Undertake reactive maintenance activities within the prescribed timescale (as detailed by the CAFM work order) to ensure the rectification times are met, whether temporary or permanent rectification.
- Whilst carrying out the PPM activities, provide updates in relation to the condition for each asset to inform the forward maintenance budget but also assist any lifecycle decisions which need to be taken to specific assets across the sites.
- Brand ambassador working in partnership with our Client to ensure our tenants satisfaction.
- Adhering to all established site and business policy and procedures.

Essential
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Proven background in delivering a range of Maintenance (Plumbing, Gas & Heating) Services in educational/commercial environments highly preferable.
- IT Literate, MS Office/competent across all applications.
- Two professional references required.
