A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer in Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both mechanical and electrical building services, helping to maintain the safe and efficient operation of a high-profile commercial site.
The Role
As The Multi Skilled Engineer, You'll
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and electrical building services equipment.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults to minimise downtime.
- Maintain HVAC equipment including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, motors and ventilation systems.
- Service and repair heating, hot water and chilled water systems.
- Inspect, maintain and repair plumbing systems including pipework, valves, pumps and sanitary fittings.
- Maintain and repair low-voltage (LV) electrical distribution systems, lighting, power supplies and control panels.
- Carry out electrical fault finding using testing equipment and electrical schematics.

Role Requirements
To be successful in the role of Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll bring:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- AM2 qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Previous experience in both mechanical and electrical building maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across building services systems.
- Experience maintaining HVAC and electrical distribution equipment.
- A proactive approach to maintenance, problem-solving and health and safety.

Contract Details
- 6-month fixed-term contract.
- Continental shift pattern (7:00am-7:00pm, 4 days on / 4 days off).
