Role Overview
- Serve as part of a mobile M&E team in the North of Scotland
- Focus on reactive and periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) works, including:
- Gas-related repairs
- Air conditioning (A/C) maintenance and fault repairs
- Electrical system repairs
- Work on-site, ensuring customer-facing interactions and efficient chargeable/reorder processes
Essential Responsibilities
- Execute reactive and PPM mechanical/electrical tasks
- Manage attendance for gas, air conditioning, and electrical repairs
- Work within a fast-paced mobile team environment
- Maintain strong communication, customer-facing, and administrative skills (e.g., submitting quotes, procuring materials, invoicing)
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience
✅ Minimum 10 years’ experience in M&E mechanical/electrical maintenance
Technical Knowledge
✅ Current 18th Edition (Wiring Regulations) certification ✅ FGAS qualification ✅ Domestic/Commercial Gas Safe registration ✔ Unvented hot water NICEIC découverte (highly desired)
Skills & Competencies
✅ Recognised trade apprenticeship (preferably M&E or similar) ✅ **Experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems ✅ Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills ✅ Ability to submit quotes and order materials efficiently
