Multi Skilled Engineer
Multi Skilled Engineer – Cold Chain Logistics (Corby)
Our client, a rapidly expanding provider of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled supply chain solutions based in Corby, has an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off pattern, rotating between:
- 06:00–18:00
- 18:00–06:00
Position Summary
The successful candidate will conduct pre-planned and reactive maintenance across the site—including elevated work at up to 120ft on an automated cold store facility operating at -23°C—to ensure optimal warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance of all site systems
- Reactive repairs to automated systems
- Daily plant checks
- Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies
- General estates maintenance
Role Requirements
- Experienced Multi Skilled Engineer
- Adequate Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications, minimum NVQ Level 3
- Must be comfortable working at heights of 40+m
- Ability to operate effectively in sub-zero temperatures up to -23°C
