Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay. Looking after guests’ reservations Taking care of the guests in our restaurant and bar. Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives Promotes the hotel's offer and helps to meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts. Look after breakfast, restaurant and bar. Implements brand and Group projects and identity features Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration, Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible, Conveys a good hotel image Respects the reservation commitments in full. Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Your team and working environment: You will be a key member of the reception team and the face of the hotel brand. It will be up to you to make our guests feel at home from the minute they arrive, until the minute they leave.
