Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and represent the hotel brand with professionalism and warmth
- Serve as a single point of contact for guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure
- Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently, resolving issues to the highest standard of satisfaction
- Promote the company's ALL loyalty programme to all guests
- Prepare and organise all necessary documentation required for daily operations
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with company policy
- Flexibly support both reception and food & beverage operations based on hotel occupancy and operational requirements
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and proactive problem-solving in this fast-paced, hands-on role
- Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations and maintain a current valid visa
16-24 hours per week, flexibility is an essential aspect as the role, must be able to work weekends. Shifts are varied as below and differ each week:
- Typical Shifts-
- 06.45am to 15:15pm
- 12:00pm until 20:30pm
- 14.45pm 23.15pm
£13.40 per hour
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility in working hours essential
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability to handle various tasks and changing priorities
