Job Description
As a Multi-skilled Hotel Team Member, you will be required to work independently and oversee the hotel operations, including checking guests in and out, and addressing any guest needs that might arise. It is a varied role- you might have to prepare some drinks, make a pizza, assist the breakfast service, make new reservations, answer the phone, manage reception emails, cashiering, oversee security and health and safety, or even do some basic cleaning duties. Whatever it is you need to do, have fun and always put our guests first to ensure they have an exceptional stay.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- A commitment to delivering high levels of guest service
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends, and holidays is essential.
- A smart and professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
