Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
Location: City of London
Salary: £40,000 per annum
We are looking for a proactive Building Services Technician to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a prestigious mixed-use property portfolios.
This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across communal areas managed office spaces, and events where required ensuring the building remains safe, compliant and presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.
- Complete general building fabric repairs, decorating and making-good works.
- Undertake minor electrical and mechanical works where competent.
- Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine inspections.
- Carry out health & safety and compliance checks.
- Identify, report and help resolve maintenance issues.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate job records using company systems.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and professionally.

About You
- Previous experience in building services, property maintenance or a similar environment.
- Multi-skilled with strong practical maintenance abilities.
- Good understanding of health & safety and building compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Experience with Monday.co.uk
Desirable
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in commercial property or managed office environments.
- Experience with Monday.com software (beneficial)
