Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Shift Pattern: Days
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, training, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery
- Responding to electrical breakdowns and fault finding efficiently
- Working on a range of production and automated equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
- Assisting with mechanical maintenance when required

Requirements:
- Apprentice trained or qualified Electrical Engineer
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or industrial environments
- Strong electrical fault-finding abilities
- Experience with motors, sensors, conveyors, inverters, PLCs, or automation equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
