Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Llantrisant
Position Type: Permanent Nights, Sunday to Thursday
Salary: £50,000
A well-established food manufacturer in Llantrisant is looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its night shift engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems, and supporting continuous improvement activities to maximise plant performance and minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
- Working closely with production to maximise equipment uptime.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally food or FMCG.
- Multi skilled with both electrical and mechanical experience.
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively on a permanent night shift.
