Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £45,000
Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights (6 - 6 Monday to Wednesday / 6 - 3 Thursday)
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the GL56 area. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking to join a fast-paced production environment with a strong engineering team and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across site machinery and equipment
- Responding to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance issues
- Fault finding on production and manufacturing machinery
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Working to minimise downtime and improve plant efficiency
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

The Ideal Candidate:
- Electrically qualified engineer
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement
