Location: Either Bias, Gloucestershire Salary: £47,000 – £52,000 Contract: Monday – Friday, Days
About the Role
This company is looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering Team in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, your key responsibilities would include:
- Undertaking planned preventative maintenance activities, ensuring safe plant operations and product quality
- Developing and enhancing maintenance systems and procedures
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to boost plant capability and equipment reliability
- Participating in plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting engineers and operational technicians as needed
- Acting as a subject matter expert for plant equipment and technologies

Requirements
We’re looking for:
- A time-served Apprenticeship in mechanical engineering, complemented by experience in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and dynamic approach to safety
- Strong technical leadership capabilities
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills
