About the Role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Highbridge, contributing to refurbishment and fit-out projects. This critical role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while supporting on-time, cost-effective delivery for our customers.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:45 AM – 04:30 PM
  • Friday: 07:45 AM – 03:30 PM

• Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant working environment while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards. • Follow technical instructions, RAMS (Risk Assessments Method Statements), and company procedures to deliver work safely and to required standards. • Execute refurbishment and fit-out activities according to specifications, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and company guidelines. • Assist colleagues by supporting multifunctional tasks, extending skills where appropriate. • Collaborate effectively, escalating unresolved issues promptly to maintain team delivery.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Experience in operational environments with expertise in semi-skilled activities. • Hands-on practical skills developed through training and supervised work. • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials with proven safe-use experience. • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Risk Assessments
  • Method Statements
