Multi Skilled Technician - Drainage

Job Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operational performance.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including reports and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high standards of service and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician within a civils or Drainage environment.
- High Pressure Jetting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency call-outs and work outside of standard hours if required.
- Valid UK driving licence.
