Vacancy Details
- Job Title: Multi-Skilled Trades Technician (Plumbing Bias)
- Location: Raigmore Hospital
- Role: Plumbing maintenance alongside restricted mechanical and electrical repairs of building services, plant, and equipment. This crucial work helps deliver top-tier patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential plumbing-related repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct restricted mechanical and electrical repairs for healthcare facilities.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to ensuring consistent operational excellence in hospital environments.

Requirements

Essential:
- A strong background in plumbing (technical training/certification required).
- A current UK driving licence.
- Completion of a recognised Plumbing and Heating qualification (full details in the JD).

Advantageous:
- Prior experience with heating systems, boiler plants, pumps, or ventilation in healthcare settings.
- Self-motivated, collaborative team mentality.
- Comfortable with remote work tasks or shifts.
- Willingness to comply with the 1:4 on-call rota for flexible workforce coverage.
