About the Role
Capital City College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Multi-skills tutor to join their dynamic London-based team.
In this permanent, full-time role as a Lecturer in Multi-Skills, you will make a vital contribution to supporting learners in achieving their goals and unlocking their full potential. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching of Level 3 Multi-Skills courses
- Supporting students through both academic and pastoral guidance
- Contributing to curriculum development
- Inspiring and motivating students to succeed
Suitability
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or multi-skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
- A commitment to learner-centred, inclusive teaching
- Hold or are willing to obtain a recognised teaching qualification
- Ability to deliver to and mentor a diverse range of learners
- Passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
