Multi-skills Tutor – Permanent, Full-Time (CCC – Holloway Centre, London)

About the Role
As a Lecturer in Multi-Skills, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver high-quality teaching for Level 3 Multi-Skills
- Shape and develop curricula, ensuring learners receive industry-leading training
- Mentor and support students with both academic and personal development

This permanent, full-time role is ideal whether you’re a newly qualified construction or carpentry professional looking to transition into teaching, or a seasoned educator keen to work in amcітひ education.

About You
We’re looking for:
- A passion for construction, carpentry, or multi-skills—with practical industry experience proven upfront
- Strong teaching and leadership skills, with a focus on:
- Clear communication with students and colleagues
- Effective classroom management (especially with diverse learner groups)
- Inclusive, learner-centred teaching (adapting to all backgrounds and needs)
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PTLLS, or equivalent) – or full commitment to achieving one
- Confidence in delivering to a wide range of abilities – from beginners to experienced practitioners
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge learners to unlock their potential
- Dedication to safeguarding and best practice (DBS check required—some roles may need Enhanced Disclosure)
