About the Role

In this vital, permanent, full-time role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in Level 3 Multi-Skills (construction/carpentry)
- Inspire and support students to achieve their goals and advance professionally
- Contribute to curriculum development and student pastoral guidance

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching in construction and carpentry (Level 3)
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students
- Contribute to curriculum review, assessment, and quality improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends to align teaching with real-world needs

About You – Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for a passionate, inclusive educator with: ✅ Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or multi-skills training ✅ Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills ✅ Commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching methods ✅ A teaching qualification (or commitment to gain one) ✅ Ability to deliver high-quality instruction to diverse learners ✅ Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring students
