Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full time, permanent Multi Task Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford (TF17LL). Please note: In accordance with National Security Requirements all roles related to this site and contract are subject to the successful candidate achieving suitable personal security clearance.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a rotating shift pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00. This role is predominantly working Monday to Friday; however, you will be contracted to work any 5 from 7 days when required.

  • Shift premium paid £3.37 per hour between 18:00 – 06:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • You’ll receive, pick, pack, and deliver stock efficiently while keeping safety first!
  • Keep warehouse inventory accurate through cycle counts and stock checks
  • Complete data input and admin tasks to support smooth daily operations
  • Work as part of a motivated team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • You’ll have strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high-quality work
  • Confident IT skills, with the ability to manage data and documentation effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset, you’ll understanding the importance of excellent service
  • Clear communicator who works well in a team and confidently on their own
  • Warehouse systems and forklift experience is a plus! (full training provided)
