Multi Trade Carpenter
Job Title: Multi Trade Carpenter
Our Capital/Planned Maintenance team is expanding, and we’re seeking Multi Trade Carpenters to join our strong, friendly trades team. You’ll be contributing to residential refurbishment projects across Hampshire and surrounding areas, specialising in internal installations.
About the Role
The ideal candidate offers a primary skill set in carpentry (including kitchen fitting), along with supplementary expertise in:
- Minor plumbing and tiling (kitchens and bathrooms)
- Vinyl sheet flooring installation
- Tile work (with bathroom experience preferred)
Key responsibilities:
- Operating professionally with excellent customer service, including within vulnerable home settings
- Completing work independently or as part of a trade team
- Meeting individual and team performance targets

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 certification in Carpentry
- Proven experience as a multi-trade professional, with first fix/plumbing/toilet installation skills (domestic focus recommended)
- Well-developed health & safety awareness and role expertise
- High personal motivation and self-directed ambition (meeting own and team targets)
- Full valid UK driving licence
