We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter to join our successful painting business based in Birmingham, covering surrounding areas.

Salary & Multi Trade Benefits
- Base salary: £34,293.00 per annum plus bonus opportunities
- 39-hour working week
- Company van and fuel card included
- On-target earnings of up to £38,349.00 via performance bonuses

The Role: Multi Trade Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will undertake multi trade work, primarily focusing on:
- Painting in occupied residential properties
- Minor repair works, including:
- Minor joinery
- Plumbing support
- Patch plastering
- Flooring and tiling
- General maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements: What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Qualification or equivalent experience at NVQ Level 2 or higher (abundant practical skills can be demonstrated as alternative)
- Experience in residential repair and maintenance work (preferred but not mandatory)
- Full and valid UK driving licence (a company van is provided)
