Job Opportunity: Multi Trade Operative
We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade operative to join our successful Painting business based in Watford but servicing the surrounding areas including Enfield.

Basic Salary
The basic salary is: £38,471.00 plus bonus opportunities.

The Multi Trade Role
Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, specifically joinery, plus plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role. Must have carpentry experience
- Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
- Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.
