Job Description: Multi-Trade Operative (Empty Homes Team)
Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic multi-trade operative looking for your next opportunity?
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference, takes pride in their trade, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to supporting safe, comfortable homes.
About the Role
This multi-skilled engineer role will sit within our Empty Homes team, focusing on work within void properties. Responsibilities include:
- Helping to prepare homes for new customers
- Ensuring high standards and quality across communities

What We’re Looking For
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working hours and travel
