Multi-Skilled Engineer (Empty Homes Refurbishment)

Location: Herefordshire (Field-Based) Covering: Hereford and surrounding areas across Herefordshire

We’re looking for passionate Multi-Skilled Engineers who take pride in their craft, thrive on variety, and want to contribute to improving homes and communities.


About the Role

You’ll be part of our Empty Homes (Voids) team, focused on bringing properties back into use. This field-based role allows you to travel across your designated patch, ensuring homes are safe, high-quality, and ready for new customers. You’ll carry out a range of multi-trade tasks, including:

  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Plastering
  • General repairs and refurbishment

Working independently in a mobile role, you’ll be supported by a strong, collaborative team.


What You’ll Need

  • Relevant experience in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
  • Strong commitment to quality workmanship
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to cover your local area

  • £35,824.25 per year (with annual reviews)
